My wife made these for supper last evening. Haven't had them in years. Drenched in syrup... I forgot how much I like 'em.

We have had them. They are best eaten immediately, and I mean immediately, after frying them on a skillet. In fact, when we've had them, my wife put an electric skillet right in the middle of the table. Spread some butter right on them and they are really good.
