Favorite Vegetable (to eat)?

When it just doesn't fit anywhere else.

Cauliflower is close to the top, raw or cooked. But it is hard to choose. Can't beat buttered corn on the cob.

True, very true- tho it has to be in season and local

I used to think so, but they have gotten so good at getting southern USA corn (Florida, Georgia, Carolinas) to market quickly in the north that some of that is in the same ballpark as local in flavor and quality in my opinion.
