Visiting Switzerland was a delight, my impression was of a place where chocolate is sold on every street corner.
And the revelation that hazlenuts are a controllable choice to add to any chocolate.
Even hot spices can be added.
Chocolate is a wonder food.
I've had dark chocolate with hot pepper added. Different, for sure
