Sometimes the Lord has a way of changing that negativity. There was such a person in our lives, but when hubby and I went through a very hard time in our lives, that individual was there for us, offering so much love and support. Any remembrance of negativity melted away.

Here was me thinking that Irish Alzheimers was a temporary condition: either a convenient memory or after a trip to the local pub.

Now I am tempted to come up with number of national Alzheimers symptoms:
British Alzheimers - when we forget to drive on the left side of the road.
Scottish Alzheimers - when ye cannae find the whisky bottle.
American Alzheimers????

I only heard of this yesterday. I'm down with the flu (getting better, though) and was binge watching Law & Order. Someone used that term and made me think for a bit. Beings I have some Irish in me, it made me laugh a bit.

Prayers for a speedy recovery. We need you around to remind us of the joys of train-spotting and food.

We're supposed to get some much needed rain tonight & tomorrow so the cloud ceiling is lowering which means the sound of the horns at crossings travels further, so I am hearing them at home, listening on the radio plus watching the train monitor online. So I'm kinda railfanning from home 8-)

Am itching to get out there, though!
