Any suggestions for a CMC kind of church, or any others you might recommend?

You can try this BMA church:
Etowah United Covenant Menn. Church
P.O. Box 948, Etowah, NC 28729
60 Mennonite Church Rd, Etowah, NC 28729
Directions: Take I-26 to Hendersonville; take 64 west towards Etowah (approx. 8 miles from
Hendersonville). Continue about 2 miles from the Ingles grocery store. Church is on the right.
9:30 SS; 10:30 Church
It appears to be the closest.

Thanks Ohio J.
How "pentecostal" might this be? Hand raising in prayer? Music style? Tongues?

Probably,
primarily instrumental, and probably not in a Sunday morning service.
For those familiar with
Gospel Express Ministries, this would be the home church of some of their staff.

I already looked at this thread:

Are there any other more recent observations or thoughts about Foothills Chapel? Has anyone visited?
