There’s a procession marching upward, headed for the lovely Home
Here we wait for sweet deliverance and we know it won’t be long!
‘Till we see the Lion of Judah, On Mount Zion He will stand
There’s a great anticipation, what a day when we move in!

We’re coming out of this land of sorrow into a land of perfect Day
Leaving behind all of this suffering we have known along the way (Pilgrim Way)
We have washed our robes and made them white in the Blood of the Lamb
We’re coming out and moving in!

All of earth’s dwellers who are ready will be laying burdens down
Shaking the dust off all of these trials and exchange them for a crown
In a land where there is no sickness, neither death will come again
We may cry before we come out, but what glory moving in!

We’re coming out of this land of sorrow into a land of perfect Day
Leaving behind all of this suffering we have known along the way (Pilgrim Way)
We have washed our robes and made them white in the Blood of the Lamb
We’re coming out and moving in!

It’s the Blood

Cain was a Farmer, a Tiller and a Gardener
He made his living working with his hands
His dad had always taught him
That hard work always brought them
The things that God provided from the land
He knew about religion and how to be forgiven
For he heard the story of the coats of skin
But he brought the bounty of his fields
When he came down to the altar
Cain never thought to bring a lamb

Abel was a shepherd thru all kinds of weather
He tended all his sheep with loving care
He took the best among them
And went where God had called him
Shed it’s Blood and offered up a prayer
He knew about religion and how to be forgiven
He too had heard about the coats of skin
He learned about God’s saving Grace when he came down to the altar
Abel knew to sacrifice a lamb

It’s the Blood that takes the stain of sin away and makes us pure and holy in God’s eyes
It’s the Blood that pays the debt we could not pay
He will accept no other sacrifice!
It takes faith in Heaven’s Perfect Lamb and Mercy from the Great I Am
To do what Cain’s religion never could
It’s not by works of righteousness we’ve done; It’s the Blood.

How gentle God's commands,
How kind his precepts are!
Come, cast your burden on the Lord
And trust His constant care.

Beneath His watchful eye
His saints securely dwell;
That hand which bears all nature up
Shall guard His children well.

Why should this anxious load
Press down your weary mind?
Haste to your heavenly Father's throne
And sweet refreshment find.

His goodness stands approved
Unchanged from day to day,
Come, drop your burden at His feet
And bear a song away.

Come, gracious Spirit, heav’nly Dove,
With light and comfort from above;
Be Thou our Guardian, Thou our Guide,
O’er every thought and step preside.

The light of truth to us display,
And make us know and choose Thy way;
Plant holy fear in every heart,
That we from God may ne’er depart.

Lead us to holiness, the road
Which we must take to dwell with God;
Lead us to Christ, the living Way,
Nor let us from His pastures stray.

Lead us to God, our final rest,
To be with Him forever blest;
Lead us to Heav’n, its bliss to share,
Fullness of joy forever there.

1 Make me a channel of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me bring your love;
where there is injury, your pardon, Lord;
and where there's doubt, true faith in you.

O Master, grant that I may never seek
so much to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love with all my soul.

2 Make me a channel of your peace.
Where there's despair in life, let me bring hope;
where there is darkness, let me bring your light;
and where there's sadness, ever joy.

3 Make me a channel of your peace.
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
in giving to all people, we receive,
and in dying that we're born to eternal life.

Just came across these young ladies this evening, never heard of them before.
Singing "There is a Fountain Filled With Blood"; absolutely beautiful harmony.
Might have something to do with them being triplets.

1 This is the day the Lord has made;
He calls the hours His own;
let heav'n rejoice, let earth be glad,
and praise surround the throne.

2 Today he rose and left the dead,
and Satan's empire fell;
today the saints His triumphs spread,
and all His wonders tell.

3 Hosanna to th'anointed King,
to David's holy Son.
help us, O LORD, descend and bring
salvation from Your throne.

4 Blest be the Lord, who comes to us
with messages of grace;
who comes, in God His Father's name,
to save our sinful race.

Oh, how happy are they who their Savior obey,
And have laid up their treasures above!
Tongue can not express the sweet comfort and peace
Of a soul in its earliest love!

This sweet comfort is mine, since the favor divine
I have found in the blood of the Lamb:
Since the truth I believed, what a joy I’ve received,
What a heaven in Jesus’ blest name!

‘Tis a heaven below my Redeemer to know,
And the angels can do nothing more
Than to fall at his feet, and the story repeat,
And the lover of sinners adore.

Jesus all the day long is my joy and my song;
Oh, that all to this refuge may fly!
He has loved me, I cried, he has suffered and died
To redeem such a rebel as I!

On the wings of his love I am carried above
All my sin, and temptation, and pain;
Oh, why should I grieve, while on him I believe!
Oh, why should I sorrow again!

Oh, the rapturous height of that holy delight
Which I find in the life-giving blood!
Of my Savior possessed, I am perfectly blessed,
Being filled with the fullness of God!

Now my remnant of days will I spend to his praise
Who has died me from sin to redeem:
Whether many or few, all my years are his due;
They shall all be devoted to him.

What a mercy is this! what a heaven of bliss!
How unspeakably happy am I!
Gathered into the fold, with believers enrolled,
With believers to live and to die!

Maybe not a really hymn. The swedish traslation talk more aboth faith.

When I was young
I felt the need of learning, learning
Love, I was told
Kept the wheel on turning, turning
Still I'm trying to find
Peace of mind inside
Once in your life
You feel the earge of knowing, knowing
And wondering why...
Come on people let us use our sense
Our time is running out
There aint no doubt about
We can make it try to rearange it
If there's a price
We got to toss the dice
Oho, oho WON'T YOU TELL ME WHAT'S RIGHT
Oho, o yeah WON'T YOU TELL ME WHAT'S WRONG
Oho oho WON'T YOU TELL ME WHAT'S RIGHT
Somebody tell me now

In this morning's worship our church sang Hymn 226 in Hymnal: A Worship Book this morning. An important prayer quite appropriate for our times.

Bring Forth The Kingdom Of Mercy,
Bring Forth The Kingdom Of Peace.
