Automotive: One Man Engine Drop

Post by temporal1 »

Reminded of my son's venture, now 4 years ago?
One Man Engine Drop (2.38)

Hoping others will (resubmit) some of their automotive experiences here on MN. 8-)
There were many good ones!

No I don't know him, but Porsches and VWs go hand in hand together. I'm a VW guy myself ;)

i have a (distant) family member who is an engineer for Harley. he's traveled to Germany many times for work. somehow, he earned/was given/got a great deal on, a Porsche, through his work. i never googled before, but, there you go. gee. they could have given him a VW.
maybe next time we talk, i'll ask him about that.

Do I know you Haystack? I have a reputation in some parts for being a VW and especially a VW TDI guru. So pleased to meet another VW enthusiast.
