I enjoy lunar eclipses and took a number of pictures.

I really haven't caught on to this trend in recent years to name the full moon, or to call an eclipse a "blood moon".

We got to see the annular eclipse this morning. Very neat. This is also called a “ring of fire” eclipse.
The last one I saw, was the total solar eclipse in summer of 2017 here. Next total solar eclipse in North America is in 2024 and then 2044.

My grdaughter took these pics with her phone camera.
The camera picked up more color+detail than we saw with our eyes .. impressive to see it, impressive to see the camera results.

First time seeing Northern Lights in my life. Humbling.

^^sorry. i’ll have to try to load pics again.
