My mental calendar image could be expressed as a series of light bulbs in a ring. January and February barely show any light at all. March begins to glow a bit. April a bit more, followed by May and June a bit brighter. July suddenly glows brightly, followed by August equally bright. September dims a bit, and then October explodes with brilliance. November and December glow brightly, and suddenly the light nearly goes out in January once again.

I'm a retailer. September I'm not sure about. Traditionally I think its a lull in retail sales as people focus on getting back to school.
