In Australia, Martin is #9 - and Miller didn't even make the list.

With such a common name throughout the world such as Smith (and all the other versions of Smith such as Schmid, Schmidt, etc) I'm surprised it's not more prevalent among the Anabaptist circles, at least not that I know of. There's a lot of them out there :P
