This is a cool idea, but I wonder how people are going to get onto the deck on the rear tail. I don’t see a ladder or anything.

I suspect the ladder, or stairs are inside the tail section.

I would not want to stay in these during the winter.

Just because you are paranoid, doesn't mean they are not after you.

But there isn't any place to emerge from inside the tail section. Hidden trap door?

I wouldn't want to carry up any chairs or tables to that deck.

I don’t think that is a real picture, just a mock drawing showing what the vision is.

Here in Oregon there is already an old 727 that has been converted into a home. It is over in Hillsboro on the other side of the Portland metro area. It is a popular place for local HS kids to go and get their graduation or prom pictures taken.

Here is the owner's web site. He is quite the local character: https://airplanehome.com/

It's obviously a computer graphic, but wouldn't someone put the trap door or ladder in their mock up?

Oh, it’s there. It’s a narrow rope ladder (or a knotted rope), just out of view. Crawl under the railing. Very high brow, avant-garde design.

I would be hesitant to sit on that deck if a stiff wind was blowing. It would blow everyone off the deck unless they were tied down with a harness.
