The very best carrot cake i ever made or had was from Adele Davis’ nutrition/cookbooks, i don’t recall which one.
i had 3 of her books. used them .. frequently. i might still have them, somewhere.

TGIF’s had good carrot cake. my husband ordered it every time we were there.
