Most or all of this drama, humiliation, wasted taxpayer money could be spared -
with even modest attempt at presenting balanced facts from the start.

I forth option may need to be "Robert needs to leave the database alone and quit playing."

Try hard not to offend. Try harder not to be offended.
Just because you are paranoid, doesn't mean they are not after you.
I think I am funnier than I really am.

Some years ago, I made my employer $32 million dollars due to one bad computer entry.
Showed up on a financial report the next morning. It cost $400 to fix it.

My bosses didn't let that go for a while... got ragged on pretty hard 8-)
Hoping steve will start a thread on “WORKPLACE MISTAKES.” No poll necessary.
My story doesn’t rise to $32 million dollars, but still a “Lu-Lu!”

.. can it be called a workplace if work is voluntary/not paid?? :?

I like Steve's polls. The latest poll on this thread doesn't give that option.

Well, this forum exists because of your messing around with databases+playing, so. No one can expect “no misses.”
