I have had Hasselback potatoes: very tasty and too tempting to eat the entire platter

If you want some truly delicious seafood go to one of the port or harbour villages/towns in Cornwall (UK), such as Polzeath or Padstow. The seafood is sold straight from the boat in many places. Absolutely delicious.

Every evening I cook up between 2 and 3 cups of plain white rice. I get a few meals ready for my lunch and my daughter's. No matter what my wife makes for supper, there's always a few children that love a serving or two or rice. My wife puts the left-over rice in the fridge.

By morning its gone. I guess there are worse foods to eat as a midnight snack 8-)
