Jim's prayer request

I'm quite depressed.

Life is overwhelming. I've lost health care. My Christian community and church are dissolving. I've lost my job. I'll probably loose my housing. It looks like I'll be rejected even as a volunteer because of poison talk of those scapegoating me. I don't know if there is a place for me among God's people.

I recently took an online inventory that puts me strongly in the Asperger's syndrome category; that may be an explanation of why I am so rejected, but my feeling response is that I'm a worthless human being.

I know God, my wife, and few others care for me, so I'm holding on to that.

Please pray for me.

praying for you.
my family is touched with a possible or similar diagnosis. it is very hard.
at times, it seems unbearable for all involved.

have peace with the ones who love you, no one has everyone's love.
we are fortunate to ever have any.
i have no answers, but, i will pray for the Holy Spirit's guidance.

Jerusalem is builded
As a city that is compact together:
Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD,
Unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.
Psalm 122:3-4

God's people and His Church, the spiritual Israel and the spiritual Jerusalem, are to be a place of unity in the Lord. You do belong, and if you cannot see that as so, then perhaps your church has drifted from where it ought to be. You surely are an important member of the body of true believers- as invaluable as all others.

I trust that the Lord will sustain you in your trials. Keep your eyes on eternity, Jim. Struggles and sadness are a part of our existence here, but we don't face them alone.
Feel free to message or email me anytime.

Oh my, those seem like bad falls. But..." a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again:" Prov.24:17

Take heart, and hold on to the unshakables--who God is, His promise to never leave or forsake us, His love for us, Heaven awaiting us, and many others.

Jim, I will pray. God be with you. I've been through some difficult times; not this difficult, but similarly feeling very alone. As it turned out God was good and I wasn't as alone as I thought. And God did some good work in me through the pain. Remain faithful to God. He has not and will never forsake you.
