That dish looks delicious, but has a rather strange name. But we know there are plenty of other foods/dishes that have strange names.
Sweetbreads that have no bread in them.
Headcheese that contains no cheese
Welsh Rabbit that isn’t rabbit
Lady fingers, no ladies or fingers involved
Rocky Mountain Oysters have nothing to do with the Rocky Mountains or actual oysters.

Those look great. Around here some refer to an egg that is put into a piece of bread where you take a circle out of the middle of the bread. You fry it til the egg is done- this is referred to as toad in a hole around here- I always called it egg in a basket. But different names for same thing is not unusual.
