What do you call those things that hold the egg while you eat it?

We call them egg cups. We usually cut the top of the eggshell off with a knife but there are egg toppers that you can see used in the video.

I boil them every Sunday. Just did the math over a few years. No restaurants. Been doing it for 16 years. As the family grows, the weekly amount increases.
