There wasn't a stir as I thought the children were still asleep, until I said that one word. :P

They ran to the window to see. And they said, "deer," and then I came running to their window.

Excellent sermon on contentment.
... and joy and innocence.

Today .. i’m wondering if my voice will ever be the same. a full 2 weeks of some awful flu. so-much-coughing! i’ve been getting better daily, but when i talk to anyone, they are convinced i’m “coming down with something!” the coughing, the voice. amazingly, i think i’m going to manage without a doctor, bronchitis, or pneumonia.

arrived home from my family visit to a dead car battery. first time (i’ve been fortunate.)
a neighbor put it on a slow charge for several hours, then it started right up.
i took it in for an oil+lube, changed tranmission fluid, and a good car wash. it’s doing well.
the battery will need to be replaced soon. it must be 6 years old. no complaints on that one.

thankfully, the weather was dry and mild for dealing with the battery.

Most or all of this drama, humiliation, wasted taxpayer money could be spared -
with even modest attempt at presenting balanced facts from the start.

I've listened to this group before and enjoyed them. I think they sing some songs in English as well.

Male quartet music is not my first choice for listening to but I really like these guys. I like watching their faces. Would like to find out more about this group and their history.

I think you'd enjoy their rendition of the Hallelujah Chorus.
