Predicting 10-16 in. of snow here tonight, which would make it the biggest storm of the winter.

Yea, for PA. It's snowing and the forsythia are beginning to bloom. School is cancelled for tomorrow.

Down another path, I planted 15 Eastern Redbuds on my property 5-6 years ago, and I learned today why an Eastern Redbud is sometimes called the Judas tree. Pop always told me it was because the pollen was bitter to bees, but this isn't correct. Legend says Judas Iscariot hung himself on this type of tree after betraying Jesus.

Two robin redbreasts
Wand'ring down the snowy street
Wondering, where's spring?

One thing about living in Alberta, we usually get bad weather about three days before IL / MN, and four or five days before PA, etc. We had out snow and cold last week. Its all melting this week. It's 5 deg C right now, and will have day time highs above freezing all week. Forcast is 12 deg tomorrow, and 17 on Saturday.

Lethbridge weather....
