Ah yes, the ultimate Mennonite ethical dilemma: Free beer.
originally, i looked for 1 single can of beer. it seemed so expensive.
my daughter came home with a 6-pack. :?
we don’t drink it. it takes up valuable frig space. :?

she said, “it was the same price as a single.”

i’m looking at recipes for beer cheese soup, sauce, dips .. soaking brats .. there may be a bread recipe?? .. anyway. you get the picture.

Not being a cook I can still share one thing I know: the alcohol cooks out of the recipe thus eliminating any possibility of inebriation from the recipe.

Leave some kombucha https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kombucha sitting around overnight. It'll become plenty zippy. :-|

Most or all of this drama, humiliation, wasted taxpayer money could be spared -
with even modest attempt at presenting balanced facts from the start.

Do you plan to do canning or preserving of some kind? That’s a respectably large enough garden to feed more than one.
