This morning was baptismal service. 17 in the class, I think it is the largest class we've had.

We're about to go to our small town's community Christmas service. Many of the churches participate and it is at our Mennonite church this year. I hope a lot of brave folks make it; it's -3° F now and dropping. My wife and I just made spicy gingersnap cookies as part of the snack that follows the service.

Church was canceled and so my wife and I watched "God's Not Dead 2" Both videos are worth watching and a challenge to our faith as well as to our willingness to step outside our little boxes to take opportunities that God gives us to demonstrate his love and reality.
