Alabama: Baby Roe’s Estate

Family matters:
“Alabama Judge Awards Legal Rights to Aborted Child“
https://www.theepochtimes.com/court-awa ... 28341.html
An Alabama judge granted legal rights to an aborted child after the father sued the abortion clinic that ended his child’s life against his wishes.

Ryan Magers, the father, filed a wrongful death lawsuit last month claiming he didn’t want his girlfriend to abort Baby Roe, the legal name granted to the child, according to the lawsuit.

He was seeking legal help when the mother aborted the child, according to Magers’ attorney, Brent Helms. ..
.. In order to bring a wrongful death suit on behalf of the unborn child, Helms petitioned a county probate court to grant Magers the right to represent Baby Roe’s estate;
Probate Judge Frank Barger approved the petition.

According to Helms, the judge’s decision is the first time an aborted child was granted rights to an estate and the right to bring a lawsuit in the United States.

“Ryan could sue on his own behalf as the father but in order to be able to sue on behalf of Baby Roe we had to open an estate,” Helms told The Epoch Times. ..

“A plastic figure” ^^ ..

This article has important information regarding how courts work; courts do not “think” about human life in ways “most people” think about their families.

This case is based on the unborn having the right to an earthly estate.

The courts do what courts do.

On the human level, the question is, can fathers legally prevent abortion of their unborn?

There have been cases of fathers charged with murder of their unborn, by different means, violence, and, some have deceptively given abortion pills in food or drink. (also violent.)

These laws are under new legal scrutiny now, as Dems want to expand abortion and include infanticide, claiming the unborn, AND, unwanted-born, are not persons and they have no rights.

Aside from personal convenience, which currently has HIGH VALUE in western thinking,
it can’t be both.
The unborn+unwanted-born must be persons with rights, or not.

No matter how much Dems hate it, and legally fight it, the moral and scientific answer is not difficult.

So. If fathers are awarded the legal right to interfere with abortion, then what? :?

Sole custody?
Coparenting?
Child Support from the mother?
What about cases of rape?
Disabled infants?

It’s too early to tell. But.
Might this be a case that brings return of the value of MARRIAGE and FAMILY?

South Dakota.
Not wanting to begin a new thread.

More hard questions about
abortion of the unborn, and, infanticide of the unwanted-born. :(

South Dakota police solve 38-year-old homicide of infant
https://www.foxnews.com/us/south-dakota ... -of-infant
.. “This case would likely have never been solved if it wasn’t for the incredibly hard work and persistence of Detective Mike Webb and the investigators who assisted with this case,” said Chief Matt Burns. “I’m very pleased that after all this time we are able to bring some closure to this.”

Bentaas is charged with first- and second-degree murder and manslaughter in the first degree.
She is being held on a $250,000 bond.
Here is a case wherein government spared no expense, used the latest technology, to solve this case, to defend this unwanted infant.

The infant was left to die in one of exactly the same ways abortionists “eliminate” unwanted-born infants, the infant is left alone to die of neglect.

 The abortionist is rewarded.

 The penalty to mothers is harsh, mercy is not often present.
The fathers are rarely mentioned. (Today, the father’s DNA could be tracked.)
The general public HATES these women, teens, children. The public wants revenge for these murders!
My questions on these cases: :-|

The father?
His DNA must be there, too.

How old was the baby? (in this case, newborn.)

(i believe) - There should be a moratorium on these individual cases until for-profit corporate abortion of the unborn, and infanticide of the unwanted-born, is settled.

(i believe) - It is WRONG to penalize some for killing
when others are highly rewarded and protected by gov mandates for doing the very same things.
Moratorium-talk. :-|
i’ve had this view for some years now. it’s been mentioned on this forum.

In my view, the case for it gets stronger as the DNC pushes harder to protect+enable
FOR PROFIT CORPORATE “elimination” of existing human life. :-|

They are very specific, this is to be a profitable corporate endeavor,
OR, it’s a heinous crime by individuals.
