I looked him up years ago after going across the bridge named after him (before the recent widening ... two 9-foot lanes cantilevered off the side of the overhead truss, no shoulders, 160 feet above the Mississippi). That is one Long bridge.
The Politico article didn't mention the election fraud. He was on the winning side of that one.
