The article is inaccurate. She still has to be willing to work homosexuals.

She just won’t be forced to make designs and write out sentences that directly contradict her sincerely held religious beliefs. A homosexual can retain her services for literally anything else, but could not (for example) demand she create a website promoting atheism, etc.

This is correct. Likewise a web designer couldn’t refuse services to Christians but, to my understanding, would be able to refuse to make a website for a Christian about their faith.
