All of this is speculation because none of us actually know what's in the contract.
I have listened to Megan Kelly talk about what was in her contract and what they tried to do when she left. She speculates Tucker has some similar structure since most the FNC personalities have similar too.
I do not know for sure, but I think Megan Kelly is close to the facts on it.
