Clarifying on behalf of God

God doesn't care what we wear or don't.

A woman covering her head is not for this dispensation. It was a custom for that culture, possibly for Corinthians alone due to temple prostitution.

I would agree that God is not against guys adopting children. I'm sure that was a typo.

I think it's best if they do so with a wife, though. A guy adopting a child on his own is a little... strange. (Two men adopting a child is even stranger and often a red flag for abuse.)

The most important message is that Jesus, the Son of God, died for our sins and that we accept Him as our Savior. And live a life of obedience to the Lord after being saved. There should be no dispute about that.

This is Protestant theology.

Christ called the Gospel the kingdom of God which has a much deeper impact, vision, and meaning than salvation as most important. If what you say were true Christ would have said what you did instead his main focus and mention was toward the kingdom of God.
