Followers of the Way tested

Post by dontperish »

Let's see if this forum allows testing of anabaptist ways?
Here is a link to a testing with many links on the FOTW ways. .
https://www.dontperish.com/false-teache ... -gods-word

Since they influence many Mennonites it is relevant.

Feel free to discuss :
their confusing gospel ...(blood lite)
Their promoting many false teachers / Roman Catholics
Millioni promoting a anti Christ atheist
Their vile memes page connection
Their so called apostle Charlton linked to NAR like Marc Carrier
Their bread and wine bring mystical
Their water batism has saving power
Finnys business partner on a charity board with Comcast men / porn money behind it
Their hypocrisy about Finny sitting on millions himself and 8 billion of others but says live like Jesus ..give away extra tunics
Sattler college spending millions to give prideful filled diplomas of men in vain ceremonies
Sattler website saying their doesnt discriminate on homosexuals
And ...
Their hypocrisy teaching head covering but not really enforcing it.

The testing documents it well ....and so much more
They know about it and have never given a answer ..

As always... my email is ready to recieve any biblical correction from men ...after we cover the gospel together.

Jim, if all you're planning to do here is bring accusations against others and promote your own web site, that is not the purpose of this forum.

Also, since FOTW says they are not Anabaptist, I am moving the thread to General Theology.

Ooops.

That's the kind of thing that made me wonder where he is getting his information about Mennonites and Anabaptists from. When someone told me MennoNet, I this image in my head of someone reading MennoNet, without really knowing who is who, then taking his worst impressions to a park where Amish and Mennonite men are playing shuffleboard.

I mean, do those men playing shuffleboard have any idea what people on MennoNet talk about?

And he seems to have zero fear of biblical teaching on false accusations, gossip, slander, etc. Which ... is kind of unfortunate. That might be a good place for him to start his Bible study.
So put away all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander. Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation— if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is good. As you come to him, a living stone rejected by men but in the sight of God chosen and precious, you yourselves like living stones are being built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. ...
Do not contend with a man for no reason, when he has done you no harm.
And remember who the accuser of the brethren is ...
And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them day and night before our God.

Thank you Ohio Jones ....

I teach and have many articles about anabaptists so I thought the links are relevant. Is it against the rules to post links?

As for if they are Anabaptist ... It's more confusion at FOTW ...

Millioni says they aren't Anabaptist but Finny and Sattler say they are .... ?

It mostly likely why their ex Anabaptist president Dean Taylor is gone.

Sadly they are not biblical or in 1 Cor 1:10 unity.

Confusion is not of my Father ... . 1 Cor 14:33

Ps still waiting for anyone to comment on and defend their unbiblical ways with scripture. They influence Mennonites all over so ...this matters doesn't it?

Ps I get all my info from Anabaptist men's own words ..eye witness...their fruit and teachings and their websites...

I seek ..study ...test ...I don't make stuff up ... then I verify

You don't have to be very sharp to see anabaptism is a man made way.. not of God the Father ...it comes along 1500 years too late and it's made of men... not God.

Mark 7:7 Jesus says.. that man made traditions voids your worship of God... That's per Jesus

Ouch ...that hurts your cause anabaptists !

You seem to want to judge and condemn people. I would much prefer to look at Scripture to discern what ways are right. I disagree with some things FOTW teaches, but I also disagree with some of the things you teach.

For instance, how do you read Romans 14? What does it tell us about how we should relate to people who practice their faith differently than we do, especially people who are not under common church authority?
As for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions. One person believes he may eat anything, while the weak person eats only vegetables. Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him. Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand.

One person esteems one day as better than another, while another esteems all days alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind. The one who observes the day, observes it in honor of the Lord. The one who eats, eats in honor of the Lord, since he gives thanks to God, while the one who abstains, abstains in honor of the Lord and gives thanks to God. For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself. For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's. For to this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living.

Why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God; for it is written,

“As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me,
and every tongue shall confess to God.”

So then each of us will give an account of himself to God.
