When dealing with "others" there are two ditches; one is where we are in everyone's face, telling them where they are so wrong and what the consequences will be for them. The other is where we find places we can agree and ignore the areas where we disagree even when we would have an opportunity for a gentle nudge. I am not interested in arguments about who is right or wrong - I will discuss with my JW client/friend until we reach areas of disagreement; same with those actively pushing eternal security or dispensationalism. With friends who believe, there is no need to get into arguments about whose understanding is correct.
