I am not denying the need at times for splits. I think one is somewhat in the process of happening again on the "unrau" side as we speak, here in Ontario. The idea that splits can at times actually promote growth was kind of a new thought to me but it makes sense the way you describe it. I am simply wondering if we did a better job of listening to each other at times if we could negate at least some of the divisions.
