Hmmm. I don’t even know what to think.

We lived in Lanc Co for close to ten years (?) and whenever we needed milk ~ which was almost every day ~ we just went to whichever neighbor & got it from the bulk tank.

No biggie, we kept track (like the other neighbors) & paid once a month.

I’m not sure if my children have ever gotten over moving over here & now having ‘store milk’ instead of fresh Jersey milk. I am not a milk drinker, but I see the difference for sure.

My wife is allergic/intolerant of dairy - unless it’s raw Jersey. So that’s what we get. She can even enjoy ice cream made from it.

Raw commercial Holstein doesn’t work, pasteurised Jersey or Guernsey doesn’t work, A2 doesn’t work, organic doesn’t work, etc.
