We had sauerkraut at a friend’s house. They put brown sugar on it and it made for a lovely sweet and sour taste.

Do you put brown sugar on yours?

Do you put brown sugar on yours?
I put either blackstrap molasses or plain molasses in plus a little anise seed. Sometimes I even put some sliced apple in it too.
