#2 and #3 may be more goals Anabaptists aspire to than ones necessarily lived out consistently. I can think of many Anabaptist groups that seem to be lacking in apps to of both 2 and 3.
This document also fails to mention the rather significant ethnic and family-generational component to Anabaptism (which is a natural consequence of groups that do follow 2 and 3 for long enough).
