Pentecost and Anabaptists?

Post by MaxPC »

A question for those of you who are currently full members of an Anabaptist fellowship:

Do you celebrate Pentecost?
If you do, how do you celebrate it?

Note: This thread is for discussion of Anabaptist practices only.

We almost always have a message and scripture reading from Acts 2 on Pentecost. I really miss that if something comes up that takes precedence over the Pentecost message. We remember Pentecost as the birth of the Christian church.

I'd say it's about the same at our MC-USA church.

The Old German Baptists (Old Conference) hold their annual meeting over Pentecost weekend.
