yea I lived in Lakeside before the storm. Our house had withstood Betsy, but a little C3 took it down with mold.

If you don't mind me asking, what years were you there? would you have been an anabaptist at the time?
Off and on in 2001 and visited in 2011 & 2013.

I wasn't much of a believer at all back then.

Speaking of "dead zones": there's quite a few in the South and the Rockies. Wyoming is barren of many churches not just Anabaptists.

I know there's only so much ground that Anabaptists can cover but I'll certainly pray for a new wave of established Anabaptist communities: you all have a message worth sharing :D

Wyoming is barren of people; however, it does have a thriving dynamic church in Cheyenne (which is refreshingly not that far from where lots of people live, vs being in the middle of nowhere.)

When I look at a map of churches, I can't find very many places with no Anabaptist presence within a few hours' drive, and almost all of North America's population has some kind of church or mission church an hour or less away.

Correct. But there are many churches I couldn't recommend to a seeker.

I have a list of areas that need church plants in USA. If you want to see this list, you can PM me with your email address.

The old woodcutter spoke again. “It is impossible to talk with you. You always draw conclusions. Life is so vast, yet you judge all of life with one page or one word. You see only a fragment. Unless you know the whole story, how can you judge?"
