I think we do good at resisting divorce. We also do well with the headship covering.

I was very impressed by the Confession of Faith In a Mennonite Perspective. I read it before I formally became a Mennonite.

Same here, and I'm saying that as an outsider.

Stay at home mothers. I'm sitting in the dentist waiting room receiving compliments on the behavior of my 4 kids.
I think having a stay at home mother is a huge reason for their decent behavior.

Plural Ministry. We've done good to retain it, but we often don't do to well in implementing it, and maybe fine tuning.

clothes the naked; feeds the hungry;
consoles the afflicted; shelters the miserable;
aids and consoles all the oppressed;
returns good for evil; serves those that injure it;
prays for those that persecute it;
teaches, admonishes and reproves with the Word of the Lord;
seeks that which is lost;
binds up that which is wounded;
heals that which is diseased and saves that which is sound.
The persecution, suffering and anxiety which befalls it for the sake of the truth of the Lord,
is to it a glorious joy and consolation.
Boot, I think you have it exactly right here. Mennonites have gotten the faith/works balance correct, both in word and action. Most others tilt one way or the other, with unfortunate consequences.

Or we got right making sure no single mothers ever try to convert / join our churches.
