yes, it's still a rush to delete.
i have used the "creative edit" a few times in 6 years .. esp when i notice a mistaken double-post. instead of asking mods to delete the extra post, i just edit it down to "nothing," then let it go.
one way to add "endless" editing/deleting time is to put the post in "saved drafts."
typically when i use saved drafts, those posts never see "the light of day." no loss to anyone!
i like the longer edit time.
i'm not sure about the delete time.
if delete time were extended, there would be a lot more "catching" and replying to those (later) deleted posts. as it is, that doesn't happen often.

A new addition is the video feature. You can now post videos directly to the forums.
Click the [video] link when posting. You then add the address of the video between the two tags, like this:
Then your video will be displayed directly into the forum like this:
[video][/video]
Click and play.
One bit of warning. Anyone posting an inappropriate video could be banned from the forum.
"If you would not show the video in church Sunday evening, or in our house with kids around, do not post it here" is a real good rule of thumb.

Let's hear from some of the other folks too, jm. I don't want to offend anyone who might not want to be seen. I have enjoyed seeing Truthseeker several times, wishing I had spent more time with him that day. RIP
