My friends live in the country and when I drove through there and his route to work, there was no political signs. I saw a few on my drive to work but it was a major road and not a small country road.
That being said outside of the two major parties how many of the independent parties do you know of?

Only name that comes to mind is Ban Ki-moon. I just looked it up and I guess I'm a couple years out of date.

Yea, maybe. Although the Trump and Biden signs have been up in our area for years.

The Trump signs around here seem to be getting more "entrenched". There are some yards I would go so far as to say have become a little mini-shrine. Some of the declare Trump the winner of 2020, and others are more enthused about him winning in 2024. The 2024 signs have already been up for several years.

Old election signs never die; they merely fade away or are painted into yard sale signs.

No, but I did recently find out that a former governor of New Zealand was named Hardie Boys. I'll probably associate him with that office for quite a while.

I would be completely ignorant of the election or who was running if it wasn’t for plain news and Mennonet.

We live in the country - most of it is favors Trump- and still see signs from last election or ones about election being stolen and then some signs that include out and out vulgar cuss words. See a few Biden signs but as I said this tends to be more Trump favorable. Can't get away from it and the election season has barely begun.
I just keep reminding myself- God changes the times and seasons and He sets up kings (rulers) and removes kings (rulers). It's in His hands. So I just pray that God's people- the church- will focus on Him not who is in charge.

Could be the area you live in. I live in a deeply conservative rural area where the Republican Party is a big deal. I often hear pro-Trump, anti-Biden comments from my students, which I assume is stuff they are hearing from their parents. I'll be happy to never have to hear "Let's Go Brandon" ever again.

That being said outside of the two major parties how many of the independent parties do you know of?

The American Constitution Party
The Constitution Party
The No Labels Party
The Communist Party of America

While third parties may have some effect in local and state politics, they are largely irrelevant on the national stage, except as occasional spoilers, such as Ross Perot and perhaps RFK Jr.
