We enjoy your posts, RZehr. It provides grist for the brain mill.

Those of us who interacted with her over the years, both on MennoNet, and more extensively on MennoDicuss, have been blessed by her faith, wisdom, grace, and extraordinarily inquisitive mind. I, for one, have grown in faith and thought as a result of my interactions with Sharon. I'm grateful to have gotten to know her and her husband Gene in person as well. I'll be joining others in prayer for Gene and her family and friends as they mourn her passing.
this really makes me sad.

She began cancer treatments this week.
Rose I I had the privilege of meeting Sharon and Gene some years back in their home. It was the only time we met them in person however I too have been very blessed and learned much from Sharon over the years. The world has lost a wise and special person.

The old woodcutter spoke again. “It is impossible to talk with you. You always draw conclusions. Life is so vast, yet you judge all of life with one page or one word. You see only a fragment. Unless you know the whole story, how can you judge?"

Most or all of this drama, humiliation, wasted taxpayer money could be spared -
with even modest attempt at presenting balanced facts from the start.

Today I am a bit better than I have been. I was able to sit on the edge of the couch for 20 minutes. That’s well more than ever.

And I drove the pickup down the road a few miles.

And today my problem has stayed more isolated to my ankle and foot region, without cramping my calf or thigh muscles.

So I’m feeling very much encouraged by that.

Lifting the family of Sister Sharon Nisly in prayers. May she rest in Jesus' arms.

RZehr, keeping you covered in prayer for complete relief.
