I'm not a Mennonite but I've recently found the practices quite interesting. Years ago when I thought I was a hippy, I hitchhiked around the country and got picked up by a man in PA that told me he was a "plain person". He planted a seed in our conversation that eventually led me to seek a relationship with Christ (I'm sure his prays helped a lot too). Anyways eventually I found out that he was probably a Mennonite, so I've pretty much had an interest since then.
