I don't think there is any Biblical support.

Rumspringa is only practiced by the Amish and there is less and less of it. so, no, all plain do not practice Rumspringa.

Although sometimes "Amish owned" horses practice Rumspringa. Several years ago an Amish had a rowdy robust horse that broke away from his hitching post at a local discount grocery store. The naughty horse caused the buggy to side swipe several cars. The driverless horse and buggy went barreling down a main highway creating quite a stir with surprised drivers. The police were summoned and they were able to get the horse under control. The news report about the incident said that the police stopped the horse's brief time of "Rumspringa".

How about the Ordnung ? Do all plain Anabaptist churches have their own Ordnung ? Is there biblical support for having a set of rules and regulations required to be followed by everyone in a local church beyond having the scriptures as our guide ? Where does individual guidance of the Holy Spirit come into play if some person or group sets up some behavioural rules that all must follow ? Or perhaps individual guidance of the Holy Spirit is frowned upon as it could differ from one person to another ? How is an Ordnung not adding to scripture by defining what behaviour the scriptures mean when they say what certain things require as in separation from the world ?

What do you think your group will look like or be doing in 500 years?

No idea. But if my group apostatizes, I believe God will raise up a different group of people who will subscribe to Bible principles and doctrines that would be very familiar and recognizable to us today. And while these people may or may not have a physical or biological or organizational connection to our group today is not important. Because they will have that more important spiritual connection.

Recently there have been incidents of the LGBT+ people trying to disrupt church services or hold sexual entertainment on church property. How would your fellowship respond to these disruptions and blatant perversions?

We would try to engage peacefully with whomever the people are. Past a certain point we would either leave or call the authorities (the latter if anyone’s safety was in danger).

Do you have someone who schedules the use of your facilities? If so, how would they screen for such attempts to hold sinful activities?

Well, we don't rent our place out. If there is a need in the community for a funeral, family reunion etc. then we would be in communication with whomever it is and learn more about what it is they want to do.

Generally speaking we prefer to conduct funerals if we are the ones presiding over the service due to the widespread use of photography these days at funerals (I know, that sounds funny, but it's actually a real issue)

Do Holdemans resist all forms of photography or only ones that involve pictures of themselves ?

All forms of photography (things like a document scanner scanning documents is not in scope, nor things like taking photos of items on a shelf for a business). When required for eg government ID Holdemans will allow someone else to take a photo.

Some Amish groups hold a similar stance. The Beachys used to, but this stance has softened in recent years.
