Wow, she really thought she could order the police around. Create her own reality and expect them to believe it.

We have a common-law system of government alongside a right of habeus corpus where peace officers may arrest someone, and after someone is arrested, they may demand to go in front of a judge and plead their case. Furthermore, in America they also have a right to legal counsel.

For whatever reason, many people seem to think they have a "right" not to be arrested, and to then engage in violence or attempting to evade arrest. This problem is growing, society-wide.

gotta say that is far from the most painful law enforcement video I have ever seen.

If you really want to go down a YouTube rabbit hole, look up sovereign citizen types getting pulled over. That is a whole YouTube subgenre. It rarely ends well and usually ends up with them getting tased and on the ground in handcuffs. For example:

I didn't watch but I can imagine how it goes. Does anyone know of a case where a sovereign citizen argument produced a positive result?

You mean where the authorities said: “You know what? You are correct. The government is illegitimate. We have no power or authority here. You are free to go sir.”

Nope, I doubt that has ever happened.

I wonder about individuals who act that way. Did she learn it from her parents? Telly? Internet? Was she high or drunk?

I think she is headed for a painful epiphany in life.
