See, this is the disinformation again. I know of no one challenging climate change. I have, and have seen others, challenge the idea that it is solely and primarily do to humans.

The scientific consensus is that the Earth's climate system is unequivocally warming, and that it is extremely likely (meaning 95% probability or higher) that this warming is predominantly caused by humans.
And this 95% number has been shown to be misleading.

Some of the experts and groups people are citing are the same ones involved in questioning the link between tobacco and lung cancer. The most active group, the Heartland Institute, was paid for their lobbying efforts on behalf of the tobacco industry and has also received dark money from companies who are major contributors to climate change.

I think that's relevant when we consider their data.

Robert, seriously, until someone actually does this, what are we even talking about?

You know and I know that I have posted graphs and data several times that presents the mainstream scientific point of view - that human beings are responsible for the majority of global warming since the industrial revolution, and that different sources of global warming and c02 have fingerprints that can be identified.

I'll start a thread limited to that. My impression is that people keep changing the subject instead of addressing that. If you have addressed that, please humor me and present the data in that thread.

Well, I got to hit the shower. I need warm water. Too cold up here.

More later. I also realized a lot of the links I posted were in MD. I will have to do some digging to find them again. The things I do to appease you Bootstrap. I suffer for you so much. I feel like singing an old slave diddy as I shower.

Alternatively, if we're both feeling stuck in a conversation we don't want, we could just stop and discuss something else.
