What is a “local fire rescue train”? And what is it doing in houses? Is this an advanced Underground Railroad program?

It rescues things from fires. But just locally. Perhaps only on short line railroads.

I spent a good pot of my day rescuing a vacant apartment building from an overzealous local fire sprinkler inspector. Haven't seen a train since last night.

But I did run across this inscrutable headline the other day. Fans of Abbott & Costello may interpret it differently than fans of BBC Sci-Fi.

When I first saw that headline I was puzzled why I didn't hear about it through social media. I belong to a few private railfan Facebook pages. If something is going down between Harrisburg and Reading, it gets posted. Even the Horseshoe Curve.... guys spend their day watching the live-feed and post a head's up on anything special headed east.
