So as a sidebar to the main thrust of the similitude, can we say that in the "Kingdom of Heaven" the "Landowner" demonstrates grace? And that to the "immature", (I'm going to call them), grace seems unfair. And that in order for us to flourish in the Kingdom of Heaven, we need to accept the "Landowner's" grace, both passively and actively, and learn to reflect and extend that grace to at least others in the Kingdom but also in a broader sense where it is applicable?

I like that Silentreader. It bears mentioning that there's a "here but no yet" tension to the Kingdom that we must live with. The Kingdom of God is a metaphysical reality that we accede to and embody when we as groups of believers live out the metaphysical qualities in our physical lives. But because we are imperfect, the world is fallen and groaning for Christ's return the Kingdom is only ever seen in glimpses and not fully. When Christ returns though, the clouds will be rolled back, the imperfect physical will be pulled back like a curtain and the metaphysical reality will come to bear and instantiate a new and perfect physical Kingdom.

And the imperfect present in which we live is in a sense a transitionary training ground for the perfect future. And this...
Therefore I exhort you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a sacrifice—living, holy, and pleasing to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may approve what the will of God is, that which is good and pleasing and perfect.
...is part of our training.
As a side note, how do our interactions on MN, for instance, speak to the state of our training?

So how can we do a better job of seeking first the Kingdom of God here on MN?

Is it biblical? Is it Christlike? Is it loving? Is it true? How can I find out?

I do not have an answer for that.
Do we have a subconscious belief that our efforts and our use of the tools of the kingdom of this world will bring about a change of kingdoms, from that of this world to that of Heaven?
Do our words and actions reflect that belief?
