Wait. What is this? An MCUSA promoting a Catholic movie???? Oh, the perfidy!
Made by a Mormon production company...
I had no idea but that does present a double source of jollity.
FWIW I have not seen nor do I plan to see it. Movies miss the mark completely in my opinion.

To be fair (I don't want to spread misinformation), Angel Studios/Angel One was started by a few Mormon men, mainly with the intent of launching a platform that would show cleaner content. As far as I know, the production company isn't "Mormon" in any real sense, and they produce things that, as far as I can tell, don't entirely jive with Mormon metaphysics (Like "The Chosen", a show produced by orthodox Christians).

I am glad someone is making an effort to provide an alternative to Hollywood and Disney. I do not go to the cinema myself but there are many who do. I have heard complaints from parents for years about the dodgy offerings out of Hollywood.

I would question movies like this. See A W Tozer’s excellent pamphlet, “The menace of the religious movie.”
