If you would put a sign in your lawn, hold a sign by a road, or post a billboard that would encourage women to not abort their babies, what might the text look like?

As i drive through rural Indiana and Michigan, i see lots of signs offering help to young women with pregnancies.
Of all these, one sign is memorable.
In one quite small town, their cemetery borders the highway.
At the front, is a tasteful, legible, not large sign that commemorates aborted babies buried there.
i intend to stop and take a picture. i’ll add it here if i get one.
i wonder what impact that sign has on young minds? recognition of personhood? dignity of human remains?
not flushed down a toilet?

I think it's really important to emphasize that we care about people, not just issues, so perhaps something like this?
Children are precious - before and after birth!
But who do you want to respond, and how? If you want to prevent abortion, it's probably important to address the most common abortion, the woman who already has children and doesn't think she can handle more. What do you want to say to her? How can she find help? How can she grow into what is needed for her to be a good mother to her current child and to the new one?
So perhaps:
Children are precious - before and after birth! We can help, call ####.

Where I live there are billboards everywhere offering pregnancy support, early childhood support, etc. - some private, some public.
One particular stretch of road here has two identical billboards, about 300 yards between them.
