Yes, this is true. People universally laugh at the truth (or get very mad) and deny the truth, they are so used to not ever hearing it.
How often does your church update their directory? They update once a year- usually releasing the new book in January. However, not all have their personal number listed in the book, new people join, and occasionally numbers change.
