ps feel free to be honest if the 4GLTE still would not be good enough for a video call......

I use it for work all day, sometimes on video calls with 70-80 other people with their video on. I frequently do presentations, sometimes with my video on too.

Find an AT&T corporate store (not an authorised retailer but an AT&T corporate owned store) and go sign up for the unit. If it doesn’t work you can return it. You can walk around with the unit (it plugs in but can run on batteries too) and see how strong the signal is.
