Some routers actually come with some blacklist/whitelist abilities. Knowing how to access and set it up is a whole other ballgame.

Anoher tool would be setting up a whitelist DNS list, say at, mennonet.com, that could be used any who wanted it. I suspect there are some already out there, so no need to duplicate things.
For that matter, you could set up a hosts file in Windows, I think.

If there is not a whitelist extension for Chrome, I may try to develop one over the next year. I use one for the boys on Firefox and it works great. It is password protected, so they can only go to places I have whitelisted and can not get around that using a browser. Really easy to set up and use.
