Re: Graphic Design

Tutors for graphic design, or tutors for the software? It's 2 different subjects.

Re: What they wore

I believe it was Robert who said this is not a survivor’s forum, and there are very valid reasons for that. If someone wants to make a separate survivor’s site they are welcome to do so. A public Internet forum with anonymous participation is not an appropriate survivor’s forum. Can't find a quote ...

Even folks i like.

That is an opinion. It may or may not be true in your experience.

Re: What they wore

I've wanted to do a mandatory, anonymous poll in a Mennonite church or conference that would ask age, gender, if you were abused, at what age, and a checklist of abusive actions. I'd once and for all like to settle this question of sexual abuse rates, but in my experience it's more than Josh thinks ...

Re: Being educated vs. remaining "innocent"?

At what age should we have "the talk" with our children? You shouldn't have "the talk", it should be an ongoing discussion. Is there Christian-based literature available for early teen's to read about it on their own? Yes, but early teens is too late. This series may be "to...

Re: Driving in Low Visibility

No one was hurt. If the gentleman he hit had been standing on the other side of the vehicle he struck... as Ernie said. Head for the woods or fields. Standing on the road could easily have been fatal for the individual.

Re: Driving in Low Visibility

After the 3rd truck was done, we saw it storming pretty badly. Meh. It's canada in winter. We started working on a coworkers motorcycle, but I thoug...

Re: The Anabaptist perception towards printed ballcaps and shirts?

I don't like wearing advertising for free. Occasionally I wear a hat with a logo on it advertising for a client of mine. Also, occasionally I wear a Puma T-shirt. Most of the advertising I wear is for the company for which I work. I never understood Paul to mean men may not wear a ball cap or a cowb...
